Location excellent and nice and clean. Rooms a bit small though. The bar didn't seem to open and there wasn't any other facilities of note, so I've marked the facilities down. Individually, the staff seemed nice so when I mark the service down to a rating of only 1, its purely because of the following which happened to us: I travelled with a male friend so I had booked a twin room with 2 single beds, but they had put us in a room with double bed. They moved us to what seemed to be a 'spare' room (located on it's own on the floor next to the Breakfast lounge), and brought in a camp bed for my friend. The room was cramped though. They said they would move us to a proper twin room the following night but we never heard from them again.

Top Tip
Chinese restaurant a couple of blocks away opposite Termini did excellent food but shockingly slow service. The locals seemed friendly, and there weren't anywhere near as many beggars as I'd been led to believe. I encounter more beggars on the street in the city I come from, Glasgow.
